We’re growing our American team and looking for energetic, dedicated, and passionate professionals to join our Customer Solutions team in Thailand! This remote position allows you to support our U.S. operations while enjoying the flexibility of working from Thailand.

As the first member of our U.S. Customer Solutions team in Thailand, you'll support core business processes for our U.S. clients in a fast-paced environment, acting as the liaison between clients and our internal teams through phone, email and live chat.
While this is a new role in Thailand, you'll have full support from our established and experienced U.S. team, who will provide training and all the resources needed for your success.
You'll be part of a fun and supportive team 😀 where your voice matters. We encourage you to share your ideas, helping us improve and innovate. Our remote work setup allows flexibility, while our monthly in-person meetups strengthen our team culture. We also invest in your growth through workshops and training sessions.
Since we support the U.S. market, our business hours are midnight to 9 AM Thai time, Tuesday-Saturday during U.S. wintertime. These hours shift when the U.S. observes daylight saving time.
