Position: Marketing Manager
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: Eastern Time - US & Canada
Tasks required:
Evaluate and optimize marketing strategies
Analyze market trends and preparing forecasts
Generate new business leads
Conduct market research to decide the optimal advertising approach
Increase brand awareness and market share
Coordinate marketing strategies with the client
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
Ensure that the companys image and message are consistent across all marketing endeavors
Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to the client
Promote the brand using advertisements on platforms such as social media, search engines, and the company website
Maintain the company website to make sure that visible information is up-to-date
Keep informed of marketing strategies and trends
Other ad hoc tasks to help the team
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager is required
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
Excellent grasp of online marketing strategies and techniques using various platforms (e.g Social Media, Website, Search Engines)
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
Knowledge of MS Office and marketing applications (e.g. SquareSpace, Wix, Shopify)
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently perform with limited supervision
