Your missions

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process of the company.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Source candidates through different channels such as online recruitment platforms (Indeed, Upwork), local non-profit organizations, and/or departments of the government.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Schedule interviews with the respective department heads.
  • Administer tests using HR Avatar to determine the candidate's aptitude.
  • Inform candidates about the results of their application and draft and send offer letters to those who pass.
  • Gather the requirements from the candidates for them to be onboarded properly.
  • Coordinate with the respective department heads and endorse the candidates for onboarding.
  • Assist with monitoring the attendance of the employees.
  • Check with department heads for the approval of filed time-off requests.
  • Monitor the probationary period of the North America employees.
  • Regularly update the organization chart.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR / Recruitment.
  • Experience with Technical Recruitment is an advantage.
  • Experience with recruiting manufacturing/production staff such as machine operators and warehouse personnel and back-office staff such as HR, Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Graphic Artists.
  • Experience with Indeed and other online recruiting platforms.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and/or CMS (Candidate Management System).
  • Experience with administering online aptitude tests.
  • Experience with ADP and HubStaff to monitor the attendance of the employees.
  • Knowledge about North American demographics.
  • Familiarity with US and Canada labor laws, especially with Ontario and California, is preferrable.
  • Must be a great problem solver and be able to catch up easily in a fast-paced environment.
