Your missions

  • Salary: £40,000- £50,000 + Monthly Commission Scheme 

  • Location: Remote - Midlands to North West - UK

  • Reports to:  Director of Sales
  • We have been asked by a leading telecom reseller to source the very best telecom sales expert to join their national sales team. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to grow the company's hosted VOIP business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, as well as experience with hosted VOIP solutions.
  • Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Generate new business self-generated leads from a database of warm company contacts.
    • Stay on top of prospective customers' renewal dates to catch sales opportunities.
    • Sell telecommunications services, including: VoIP, IP PBX and Connectivity.
    • Take a consultative approach to understanding customers needs and selling the correct solution.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing customers.
    • Track and report on sales activity and performance.
    • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
    • Proven track record of closing deals.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
