As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Sales Representative to focus on closing deals and driving new business.

The B2B Sales Representative will be responsible for closing deals with new warm leads, upselling existing clients, and conducting consultation calls to understand client needs. These calls are essential for advising clients on the best staffing solutions for their business. You’ll work primarily with law firms, helping them identify the most suitable positions to fill and ensuring their staffing goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients to assess their staffing needs and advise them on the most appropriate roles for their firm.
  • Close deals with warm leads by understanding client needs and offering tailored staffing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Monitor market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies and service offerings.
  • Track and report on sales performance, consultation calls, and lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within service-oriented industries.
  • Experience or familiarity with the outsourcing or staffing industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and consultation skills, particularly in assessing client needs and offering solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry or law firm staffing needs is a bonus.
