Minimum 7 years of Oracle implementation experience in Projects Costing/Billing/Management, Functional knowledge of Oracle Applications in a federal setting, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Analyze requirements and configure Oracle modules for Projects process flow
- Lead functional requirements gatherings, update documentation, and manage testing plans
- Support Oracle R12 implementation in Projects Costing/Billing/Management
- Analyze and redefine business processes to enhance functional performance
