IdealStaffs Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Developer with experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud to join our client's newly launched Salesforce team. Join them on a bold, new journey to establish their presence in the LCAP market. The ideal candidate will design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce Platform based on business requirements and will have the chance to apply their knowledge and quickly familiarize themselves with a range of exciting technologies on the Salesforce Platform.
Focus on successful project implementation and participation throughout the complete software development lifecycle, including the design and architectural decisions. Also on the software’s quality through peer reviews, refactoring, continuous integration, and deployment.

Requirements

• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud
• Experience in working on Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of QA concepts and processes based on previous experience
• Experience with issue tracking tools
• Experience with test case management tools 
• Good understanding of software architecture  
• Good database knowledge 
• Familiar with different software development methodologies, knows where testing and what testing level/type comes in place during the project life cycle  
• Ability to work independently 
• Ability to come up with improvement suggestions (process or product related) 
• Analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills 
• Proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Project high-level analysis and planning during project lifecycle  
• Decide testing strategy, adapted to different contexts  
• Design and execute test cases for products/components 
• Estimate testing activities  
• Perform functional and non-functional testing 
• Investigate and report defects and identify root causes 
• Create QA reports for project stakeholders 
• Measure project progress using different KPIs and metrics 
• Provide daily project updates
• Communicate efficiently with all project stakeholders

Mid Salesforce Developer

• 2 – 5 years of hands-on software development experience and at least 1 year of experience in Salesforce projects

Software Architect

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience in the Salesforce environment/platform

Senior Salesforce Developer

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Salesforce

Tech Lead

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Salesforce
• 2+ years of Team Leading experience
