Backed by a global machinery manufacturing leader, this innovative company has been pushing boundaries in robotics and computer vision machine learning for over a decade, driving safer and more sustainable solutions in agrotech and construction.

This fully remote position offers the chance to collaborate with a team building and maintaining a large-scale Data and ML Platform, enabling end-to-end product development. As the team expands platform adoption and integrates new solutions, you’ll play a key role in shaping tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure to support ML-driven product innovation.

Occasional on-site visits to California may be arranged for hands-on collaboration with the team and to experience the robots in action.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and enhance internal tools, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate processes such as tenant onboarding and configuration.
  • Contribute to hardware-in-the-loop testing.
  • Develop a hybrid compute infrastructure abstraction layer over on-premises and cloud regions.
  • Support platform scalability as it expands to additional product teams.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience with AWS platforms.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (Go is a plus).
  • Familiarity with data pipelines and machine learning pipelines in production.
  • Understanding of IT and cybersecurity best practices, including data privacy standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commitment to writing high-quality, well-documented code.

Preferred Experience
  • Building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Atlantis.
  • Working with large-scale data pipelines in Databricks.
  • Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Benefits
What We Offer
  • Fully remote position with opportunities for occasional travel to Silicon Valley.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team working on groundbreaking robotics and ML applications.
  • Engage in impactful projects with real-world sustainability and safety implications.

Join us on this exciting journey as we drive innovation in agrotech and beyond!
