Commercial / Sales Growth Operations Manager Web3 / Blockchain / Tech (remote)
COMPANY AND ROLE OVERVIEW
This commercially savvy organisation provides world-class infrastructure and dramatically optimizes web3/blockchain development tools and services.
Following recent USD15m+ Series A funding, they are now looking at international growth to become a one-stop solution provider for the High-Speed Blockchain Era. This full time, Commercial Sales Growth Operations Manager, is crucial to that growth.
Whilst this role is fully remote, candidates located in the UAE or Southeast Asia are highly preferred due to local time zones.
You will drive the establishment of the business as the leading infrastructure provider of choice for crypto developers and projects of all sizes and growth stages. As a client-facing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the experience of products and services globally, whilst owning the client onboarding experience including prospecting and engaging with the leading developers and companies in the space.
KEY DUTIES
- Develop clear return on investment driven frameworks and processes to identify and prioritize opportunities across customers feedback and developer communities, to enable growth, improving acquisition, and funnel conversion
- Tracking, analyzing, and finding ways to improve campaigns/events and the sales process
- Partner cross-functionally with other teams, BDs, Marketing, Tech to execute on those growth opportunities
- Work with support and communicate with customers both pre and post-sales
- Continuously optimize the operational process to ensure that customer queries and engagement (related with prod integration, legal and compliance, finance, and more) are attended and followed up promptly.
- Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams and inform product development
- Responding and communicate swiftly with customers
- Coaching and onboarding of new operations members
SUITABLE APPLICANTS WILL HAVE
- 2 years + experience in Growth or Operations roles, preferably at top B2C startups or Management Consulting firms
- Understanding of the Crypto/Blockchain, Web3 knowledge, worked in a tech company is a plus
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Track record of solving complex problems, data driven process optimization, and building scalable processes
- CRM experience including the configuration, development of dashboards and reports, and use this tool to identify new growth opportunities
- Demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ideally based in the UAE or Southeast Asia
