What will I be doing?**
Our Consumer & Shopper Insights (CSI) team is seeking a Beauty Analyst who will actively support the team in building relationships with Key Beauty clients.
Leveraging CIRCANA’s consumer data solutions including receipt solutions, surveys, panel, and more, the Beauty Analyst of CSI is responsible for growing the relationships between CIRCANA and Beauty clients by partnering together with account teams to help clients utilize CSI data offerings. This person will engage in all aspects of client support, including onboarding, nurturing client relationships at all levels, making analytical recommendations, and creating and delivering insightful presentations.
They will be responsible for collaborating with internal practice teams to provide answers to our clients’ most important questions, increasing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue. The goal is to extend beyond providing data, but to be a trusted partner our internal practice teams and clients rely on. **
Job Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day CSI relationships with key client contacts working toward ownership of these relationships and budget as your abilities progress
- Develop business insights regarding the clients' most important issues/needs, both short and long-term
- Proactively relate consumer insights to category/industry trends to identify and quantify client business opportunities
- Utilize Unify+ and other analytic related software provide insights and recommendations to our clients
- Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format
- Partner with cross-functional departments and teams within CIRCANA to ensure success for the business
- Expand the client base to include a broader mix of end users
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience within data analysis, client services, account management or Beauty industry experience
- Demonstrate fearlessness and stability in a quickly evolving environment, initially internally and working toward comfort with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; curiosity tenacity, and drive
- Ability to generate/support creative ideas and effectively sell those ideas.
- Aptitude to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions/insights from several data sources.
- Understanding of how consumer data can be used to identify business building opportunities for clients.
- Experience and practical application of utilizing longitudinal panel data is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Growing presentation skills working toward comfort presenting to large groups and senior audiences with coaching.
- Experience in, or passion for the Beauty Industry
- BA/BS or equivalent. Market research, economics, statistics or marketing background preferred.

Most importantly, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to listen to the customer and appropriately match the customer's needs with CIRCANA’s products and services, or be willing to direct the customer to the best solution.

_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $47,000 to $70,000.
