  • Perform technical analysis of departmental requirements and create decision templates for service managers
  • Assist users with technical challenges within IT Service Management and share Microsoft 365 knowledge with other IT areas

Job description


Im strategischen Management Center Group IT Services der Zeppelin GmbH am Standort Garching bei München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichsten Zeitpunkt einen „Werkstudent im Bereich Microsoft 365 & Azure (m/w/d)".


 

Darauf hast Du Lust:

  • Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehört die Unterstützung unserer IT-Teams bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb der eingesetzten Microsoft 365- und Azure Lösungen (Power Platform, OneDrive, Teams, Entra, u.a.).

  • Dabei verantwortest Du die technische Analyse von Anforderungen unserer Fachbereiche und erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen für unsere Serviceverantwortlichen.

  • Weiterhin unterstützt Du unsere Anwender bei tiefgreifenderen technischen Herausforderungen im Rahmen unseres IT Service Managements und gibst Dein Wissen im Bereich Microsoft 365 an verbundene IT-Bereiche weiter.

Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Aktuell studierst Du im Master- oder Bachelor-Studium in den Bereichen Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder in einem verwandten Gebiet.

  • Du hast Interesse oder bereits erste (technische) Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und Azure.

  • Dabei verfügst du über sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise mit dem Interesse an kontinuierlichem Wissensaufbau aus.
