Job description

What will keep you challenged?
As Customer Success Intern you’ll join a world-class cross-functional team that is building an innovative conversational commerce platform.
  • You will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the product and our services in the long term
  • You will be in contact with our existing and new customers, support them in fully leveraging our products and in turn increase the usage rate
  • You will be in contact with our existing and new customers, support them in fully leveraging our products and in turn increase the usage rate
  • You will help our clients to successfully implement and use our product by recommending best practices and new strategies
  • You will analyse product usage and performance, collect product feedback for our Product & Design teams and analyse potential improvements
Which traits contribute to your success?
  • You have already gained some practical experience in consulting, start-ups, tech companies or business development
  • You are studying or have an outstanding degree from a top university
  • You have an entrepreneurial mind-set with a keen interest in start-ups and technology
  • You can effectively work in an independent, structured and goal-oriented manner
  • You are talented at quickly grasping problems and finding solutions, and you enjoy communicating with stakeholders inside and outside the organization
  • Your German language skills are at a native level and you are business fluent in English. You are proficient in MS Office and enjoy working with new software
