Job Summary

We are seeking students currently studying for a Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources to join our Virtual Internship Program in 2024. The program will take place over 3 months during the summer June through August. Our Internships provide an opportunity for motivated individuals to work on projects in one of our many functions in a professional, global environment. Interns will also participate in a company-wide intern program that promotes professional development, networking, cross-functional collaboration and community involvement. The work will be undertaken 100% remotely and live training will be provided virtually. **

Essential Functions**

  • Acts as a contributing member of the team.
  • Contributes in various projects and initiatives.
  • Presents key learning and results to the leadership team at the conclusion of internship.
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology (affiliated with University in Germany, France, UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, or Poland)
  • Prior internship experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with individuals across the organization.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with excellent collaboration skills across other functions and with business partners.
  • Ability and discipline to work remotely, independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills, organizational skills, and taking accountability for tasks and issues.
  • Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick thinking, initiative taking, thirst for learning and unafraid to be out of comfort zone. Willingness to take responsibility.
  • The ability to work in diverse and a fast-moving environment.
  • The personal drive and enthusiasm that makes you stand out from the crowd!
  • Out of the box, high innovative and future-oriented way of thinking.
