As Proposals Department Intern you will perform confidential administrative duties and provide support to the Global Proposals & RFI team – a team responsible for creating Proposals and Budgets in response to customer requests. **

Job Responsibilities**

• Ensuring Data from Budgets gets loaded into our CRM System for reporting and analysis
• Experience Report Generation
• Reporting and analyzing Pricing Data
• General Data Cleanup and maintenance efforts
• Creating SharePoint sites for RFPs, Request for Information (RFIs) and revisions
• Gathering, compiling, and reporting daily workload summary to the department.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• We welcome fresh graduates, preferably in business or life sciences
• Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail
• Above-average attention to detail, effective oral/written communication skills
• Ability to manage a workload consisting of several concurrent projects or tasks
• Excellent command of written and spoken English language
