• Support the upload of all video and photo material to the Asset Bank.
• Make backups for every production of the film residency program
• Audit and correct the photographic material in the waiting room according to the categories and the type of content generated from all locations.
• Upload videos content of Selina Film Residency in the Asset Bank.
• Provide shared drives for Selina Film Residency when filmmaker needs more drive space
• Organize and move files from shared drives to original project folders
• Auditing of the existing location content.

• Create monthly collections
• Update the video tutorial and guidelines
• Do maintenance of EVERY SINGLE location, country, region.
• Revamp and update tags
• Revamp and update metaproperties (name of rooms, name of products)
• Find a strategy to link images to files from the document productions (release forms, contracts), etc.

• Basic knowledge in photography production
• Creative and aesthetic skills
• Data management interest
• Organized and methodical
• Laguagues: English (mandatory), plus Spanish or Portuguese
