Project Coordinator**

As a Project Coordinator, you will coordinate and administer Project work as assigned. You will work with Project Managers (PMs) in the development of project documentation, scheduling, vendor follow up, financial management, hardware and configuration activities, etc. You will organize projects with the goal of completing projects on time and within budget. The Project Coordinator role is a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) and will report to the PMO Manager. **

  • Develop and manage the deployment project schedule.
  • Schedule, monitor and follow up with field technicians to meet call resolution deadlines.
  • Manage project work per Compugen PMO Methodology which includes setting up Governance models, holding project kick off meetings, monitoring and controlling project activities.
  • Analyze & confirm information in documents such as timesheets submitted by technicians for billing purposes.
  • Execute a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing reports and financial management.
  • Work with the Materials Management and Inside Sales teams to confirm hardware is available per project schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Manage project management documents such as the project plan, RAID log, budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
  • Assess project risk management and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Work with the PM or Account team (DM, ISS, AE) to manage project work activities per the signed statement of work and execute project change requests, as required.

Skills and qualifications, you’ll bring:

  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in an Administration program, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative and/or coordination position.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong knowledge and skill set in MS Office suite.
  • Have excellent collaboration skills while also being able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrate a good tolerance for ambiguity and managing stressful situations.
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
