In this role, you'll have the opportunity to own and building digital first community assets.
Product Positioning and Marketing: 1. Develop and implement marketing strategies that effectively position our products in the market. 2. Collaborate with the brand marketing and creative studio teams for impactful product launches. 3. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine positioning.
Community Engagement and Growth: 1. Lead initiatives for community engagement including managing our community platform, personal websites for every member, free tools, and events platform. 2. Design and execute challenges, moderation rules, engagement rules, and member directory features to foster a vibrant community. 3. Own the GrowthX referral program. 4. Lead efforts to enhance the user experience with automatic communications, channel management, and personalized content in line with the learning map. 5. Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product development and community engagement goals. 6. Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to ensure user needs are met. 7. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community engagement efforts. 8. Use data-driven insights to inform strategies and decision-making.
Qualifications: - 4 to 7 years of experience in PMM, Product or Growth roles. - Past experience in social media will be plus. (not social media marketing) - Strong understanding of product-led growth strategies and community engagement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
