Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in and lead sales for ULS’ Medical Market Access offerings. You would primarily be selling ULS’ consultancy and software services in combination with other services.

Your success will rest on your ability to sell products and services to new clients and existing ULS clients in collaboration with Account Managers. A consultative sales style and an understanding/interest in Medical Market Access would be a great fit for this role. The role will be remote, ideally within France and as such we are flexible on your location. **

Responsibilities**

  • Serves as the main point of client contact for speciality services throughout the sales cycle.
  • Communicates value proposition of assigned speciality services to clients based on highly technical knowledge.
  • Quickly builds trust and engages with customers to identify customer needs (e.g. integrating and understanding the opportunities surrounding Medical Market Access.
  • Advisory services by providing input on customer needs, pain points, trends, etc. to the service manager.
  • Helps the account managers to make proposals and closings in the field for assigned speciality service sales as directed by GAM, SAM or regionally focused Global support KAM.
  • Proactively looks to engage the broader account plan and provide awareness to account managers of Advisory opportunities. Actions on opportunities to sell speciality Advisory services.
  • Contribute to the development of a strategy for their assigned specialised.
  • Supports discovery and opportunity identification for assigned speciality services.
  • Bring in additional technical resources (e.g., engineers) when needed to support sales opportunities.
  • Provides input to the account owner during the account planning process on potential growth opportunities within the assigned solution area.
  • Supports smooth hand-off of customers to implementation teams or E&A customer success post-sale.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor and/or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with strong interpersonal skills, including rapport-building and influencing.
  • Highly customer-focused with an ability to put the customer at the heart of everything you do by establishing, building, and nurturing relationships with the customer.
  • Relevant technical capabilities to specialise in and lead sales for ULS’ Medical Market Access offerings
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes.
