Job Type: 2-year contract opportunity with potential for extension

Compensation Range: $30 - 40 per hour W2

Cella is looking for a talented Digital Designer with production experience to join our pharmaceutical client's growing in-house team. In this role, you will work closely with marketing communications on creation and redesigning of digital assets. The ideal candidate will be creative while remaining within branding standards and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. **

Responsibilities:**

Prepare high-quality concepts, design and layout for marketing.
Use HTML 5 to build rep trigger emails, banner ads, and email fragments.
Editing and production for email, web, and animated web banners.
Veeva upload for approval and Salesforce for implementing emails.
Create code for emails and web banners for Veeva approval.
Create animated web banners in different sizes, layouts or variations for implementation.

Qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced
Education: Bachelors (required)
3-5+ years' experience in digital design at an agency or in-house department.
Portfolio with digital samples required.
Pharmaceutical industry experience required.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery.
Adobe Creative Suite programs: Dreamweaver, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder & InDesign.
Familiar with Veeva CLM (closed loop marketing add-on) approval process or Salesforce CRM.
Light animation and editing skills in social media.
Careful attention to brand and production standards.
Must have the ability to conceptualize and design from start to finish.
Must possess great interpersonal skills and be able to manage and speak with clients.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to be flexible with shifting deadlines within reason.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and timely follow-up.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people and accept feedback.
