Your missions

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in handling various administrative tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of duties including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring seamless office operations, and providing exceptional service to our clients and their patients. **

Primary Responsibilities**

Retrieve and organize medical claims and associated documents from diverse medical billing systems

Handle the reception of packages through our secure online portal, scanning and processing them efficiently

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, categorize, and route it appropriately

Serve as a point of contact, answering inbound calls from clients and patients, and directing them to the appropriate team member

Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory, initiating orders and distribution as required

Process remote bank deposits for clients in an accurate and timely manner

Undertake additional administrative support tasks as assigned by management **

Requirements**

1-3 years of experience in an office environment, ideally in an administrative or clerical capacity

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in an autonomous setting

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, displaying excellent interpersonal abilities

Meticulous attention to detail

Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with general office equipment **

Job Details**

Hourly Rate: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $13 to $15, based on experience
