Job Description
KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking an Associate Information Security Analyst.
This role is primarily responsible for understanding the status of Information Security controls within the organization and responding to customer requests for information regarding the Information Security Program.
The position is responsible for collecting and providing thoughtful, accurate, and complete answers for client security assessments, due diligence and compliance inquiries, and other security and compliance-related client requests. This position requires working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) from Legal, Information Security, Compliance, HR, IT, and other teams. The details provided by the Associate Information Security Analyst are key in retaining current clients and winning new business.
This role also requires the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines while also collaborating with and assisting other team members as needed. Other requirements include a team mentality, and a clear understanding of the EDRM, IGRM, and/or key data security principles. The ideal candidate possesses a strong project management background with direct experience with eDiscovery projects and review technology. Hands-on experience with predictive coding and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Be the first responder to complete customer request for comments on the Information Security Program, including, facilitating responses for RFP’s, RFI’s, security questionnaires, customer audits and other requests.
- Track, manage, and complete requests for information received from clients through various internal and external channels by the deadlines provided.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in preparing and documenting responses to security related questions and provide security leadership with input requests and future demands from customers.
- Manage the gathering, updating and distribution of corporate information necessary for timely, complete, and accurate responses for internal and external security/compliance requests.
- Build relationships with diverse groups and lead meetings to gather and document data/information to best provide consultative responses to client requests.
- Assist with maintaining security responses accordingly as controls and processes change to standardized security questions.
- Support the security team in onsite audits that are conducted by customers.
- Be exposed to many aspects of Information Security, and a willingness to operate outside of their comfort zone.
- Identify trends and highlight areas of interest to Management.
- Complete other projects as needed or requested.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree (2 year) – or comparable work experience.
- Strong understanding of security assessment and compliance processes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and willingness to take on additional projects
- Experience working across the EDRM.
- Experience with eDiscovery document review platforms such as Nebula, EDR, Relativity, etc.
- Other security experience will be considered.
