Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain segmental and cost accounting reports, documents, and records for the organisation.

  • Work closely with AP, Business Control, and Procurement teams, serving as the focal person within the finance department.

  • Analyse and verify accuracy, ensuring data integrity to identify areas of improvement.

  • Prepare designated reports for analyzing variances.

  • Interact and collaborate with other teams and department heads to ensure accurate tracking of all costs.

  • Maintain vendor and service provider relationships.

  • Collaborate with internal and external implementors to design, build, create, and improve the company's reporting.

  • Take an active part in the implementation and design of the AP software.

  • Perform accounts reconciliation.

  • Play a key role in month, quarter, and annual closing activities and reporting.

  • Support providing documentation to external auditors.

  • Engage in Ad Hoc financial reporting projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in finance accounting or financial analysis.

  • Experience with Netsuite (advantageous).

  • Experience with multinational companies.

  • Proficiency with systems and MS Office.

  • Well-organized, capable of prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
