The Team

With diverse services spanning strategy and digital innovation to supply chain optimisation, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.

The Role

Ø Experience in developing solutions for complex challenges in the Fleet Card and B2B services industry.

Ø In-depth knowledge of fleet management, card services, and payment solutions within the B2B sphere.

Ø Familiarity with business-IT enterprise architecture models, IT operating models, and capability maturity models in the fleet card industry.

Ø Ability to develop Intellectual Property (IP) and Market Offerings tailored to B2B fleet card services.

Ø Skilled in designing and executing business analysis for large transformation programs within the fleet card industry.

Ø Proven track record of developing and deepening business relationships with key stakeholders.

Ø Competency in engaging with senior client individuals on both technology and business topics.

Ø Ability to build sustainable relationships with key buyers and decision-makers in new and existing client bases.

Ø Management of diverse teams across Infosys to ensure the best solutions and value outcomes for clients.

Ø Aim to create and maintain a competitive advantage in the fleet card market.

Requirements

About You

We are looking for a Principal with Energy Industry knowledge and experience in:

Ø 10+ Years’ Experience in technology transformation and consulting, primarily in the fleet management and B2B services sector.

Ø Expertise in delivering strategic solutions in fleet card services and payment solutions.

Ø Ability to produce top-tier work in strategy creation and innovation delivery engagements for B2B services.

Ø Experience in delivering transformations in fleet management and card services.

Ø Capability to develop IP and Market Offerings specific to the fleet card industry.

Ø Demonstrated ability in forging strong business relationships with key stakeholders.

Ø Extensive experience in IT Strategy, best practices, and technologies relevant to fleet management and B2B services.

Ø Leadership experience in medium or large technology implementation projects.
