The role**

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Accounts Manager to manage our most important and prestigious accounts. Someone to develop client relationship management strategies, establish strong client relationships, and suggest innovative solutions to meet client needs. You will be managing an existing book of business from across our portfolio, and as such, it’s imperative that you ensure all renewals and reoccurring business is not only maintained but you are able to upsell and cross sell our other services in order to add value.

To ensure success as a Strategic Accounts Manager you should possess extensive sales experience in a related industry. A Strategic Accounts Manager will be someone whose customer-oriented approach and sales expertise result in increased profitability and year-over-year growth within their assigned customer book. Ultimately, an outstanding Strategic Accounts Manager will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations. **

Role And Responsibilities**

  • Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
  • Establishes a strategic account plan aligned with the customers business and technology strategy in order to expand and grow sales within the account.
  • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
  • Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients within your account base to promote products and services.
  • Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
  • Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
  • Prepares sales forecasts and KPI reports according to the requests of the strategic accounts' sales leader.

Travels as needed to be successful in role, but is expected to be frequently in front and active with their account base **
