Key responsabilities:
- Troubleshoot layer 1 and layer 2 circuit issues, manages tickets with CLEC’s and ILEC’s, engage vendors for hardware and software problems, provide customer service via phone, email, chat.
- Utilize network monitoring tools/systems, work in a 24/7 shift operation environment, update tickets promptly, experience with SD-WAN, Cisco, Adtran, Juniper routers, Firewalls, and Meraki is beneficial.
