The Role

Ø  Managing and working on a range of consultancy projects in the field of transport-related technologies and fuels, focusing particularly on electric vehicles and charging infrastructure deployment strategies

Ø  Monitoring market developments and shaping company business development activities to take advantage of emerging opportunities

Ø  Development and maintenance of close client and partner relationships to support the winning of new business

Ø  Leading, managing and contributing to multi-disciplinary proposals

Ø  Solve client’s most complex challenges with bespoke solution recommendations for clients

Ø  Help clients transform from the inside out

Requirements

We are looking for a Electric Vehicle Charging Consultant with experience in:

Ø  winning and delivering work related to modelling of EV uptake, charging infrastructure demand and developing strategies and plans for charging infrastructure deployment.

Ø  Managing and delivering consultancy projects to help clients deploy electric vehicles and/or alternative transport fuels in their own vehicle fleets as well as providing strategic advice on how to accelerate the deployment of these types of vehicles and fuels in the wider market.

Ø  Electric vehicle and charging infrastructure markets and how they are evolving is essential (including an understanding of the interplay between the transport and energy sectors).

Ø  Customer-facing roles, along with very strong numerical analysis skills and/or model development skills.

Our ideal candidate will be:

Ø  Have both industry and consulting experience

Ø  Able to lead global/virtual teams to implement retail technology transformations

Ø  Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset, and adept at engaging senior stakeholders

Ø  An excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Ø  Able to audit existing ecosystem and suggest strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership

Ø  A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in matrix team structure and assume front end roles at client location
