What will you be doing?**

The successful Client Service Consultant in this role will possess the ability to: Provide superior service to their clients through exceptional management of all aspects of delivery, understanding the needs of their clients while demonstrating the core values of Circana. Additionally, they will support and counsel their direct reports ensuring they deliver to the same standard. **

Job Responsibilities**

  • Work with cross-functional teams representing your clients in all aspects of client management including monthly, annual, and ad-hoc change requests.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, & support for direct reports.
  • Execute any changes in UDB.
  • Route technical support tickets and facilitate data investigations to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Perform quality checks of data post change events with a high degree of accuracy within a very tight time window.

Requirements

  • Strong analytic and quantitative abilities, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work successfully independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a landscape of potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships and networks internally.
  • Demonstrated resiliency and sound judgment in dealing with business and corporate challenges.
  • Demonstrated planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • 3-6 years progressive years of experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated strong understanding of client issues.
  • Ability and willingness to recognize and respond to client needs from a service perspective.
  • Experience with Circana solutions
  • Proven ability to consult with clients to influence thinking and drive Circana’s business agenda.
  • Advanced degree preferred

_The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $64,000 to $95,000.
