Client Coordinator

Candidate Submission

o Review and segregate internal candidate submissions that will be submitted to AM and web-based systems.

o Review completeness of candidate profile and required certificates/credentials based on client specifications and job requirements.

o Process the submission through different Vendor Management Systems. This process will require searching of positions, candidate look up, encoding of critical and sensitive candidate information, uploading of documents, and matching candidate to the job.

o Documenting candidate submission in the system.

o Adding comments and checking on submission status in client websites.

o Communicate via email as well as adding notes in the system about lacking credentials and requirements, progress, and completion of all web-based submissions with US Recruiters and Account Managers.

o Any other tasks assigned/requested by AM.

Credentialing

o Uploading and extracting documents of candidates from the system.

o Uploading of credentialing documents to client websites.

Reports

o Create required recurring operation reports and submit to Manager on due dates.
