Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application EngineerUK Wide - Fully Remote - £50,000 - £60,000A leading UK based charity organisation is currently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application Engineer to provide 1st / 2nd line technical resource on the Dynamics. We are ideally looking for a D365 Engineer who has prior experience of working on finance and operations (F&O) with some exciting projects specifically around payroll and compensation module. We are also looking for the D365 engineer to have prior knowledge MS tech stack skills around power platforms, power apps, azure, devops etc.Key Responsibilities: - You will provide 1stand 2nd line support of Dynamics 365 to assist in BAU activities which will maintain operational functionality for the day to day running of the business; and will oversee the administration, maintenance, support, customisation, and configuration of the platform. - You will be able to explain technical issues in non-technical language to our end users and stakeholders. - Be able to assist with testing/exploring new D365 features - Ability to analyse and investigate/monitor issues that require to be passed to external 2nd/3rd line support - Ability to investigate and facilitate D365 configuration changes to improve/resolve process issues

Experience - Strong knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 core workspaces, Sales, Purchase, General Ledger, HR - Strong customer service ethos and interpersonal skills. - Awareness of legislative, financial and reputational risk and experience of putting in working practices to prevent and mitigate errors. - Demonstrate experience in an operational support role of Microsoft D365 F&O - Demonstrate knowledge and experience of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations core workspaces, Sales, Purchase, General Ledger, HR - Knowledge of D365 Data Entities and the ability to write and demonstrate ad hoc reporting. - Strong D365 Data Management skills to create and manage automated tasks - Strong understanding and experience of managing D365 Roles and Security - Strong understanding of the LCS (Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services) and the environment platform - Excellent Office 365 Skills, especially Excel - Excellent problem-solving skills - Experience in Power Automate/Power Apps and the ability to apply it to D365 - Ability and experience to link in External APIs (Azure Active Directory Applications) to D365
