YOUR OPPORTUNITYThe Sales Director is a core member of the Americas Strategic Sales team, responsible for roughly 14 of our largest accounts in the Americas. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This individual must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies in the Tech/CX space.

WHO YOU ARE - You have 10+ years of experience in SAAS Sales - You have 5+ years in the martech and/or customer experience space, with a proven track record of success in a similar role - You have a proven track record of consultative selling and quota over-achievement - Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making. - Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies, including account-based marketing and sales. - Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
WHAT YOU’LL DO - Drive all revenue in the named accounts, including new pipeline, retention, one time services, etc. - Execute sales strategy and process - Identifying new use cases for additional InMoment solutions - Gaining new buyer interest and expanded Sr-level sponsorship across new business units & buying personas - Showcasing thought leadership - Expanding Strategic presence (executive briefings, alignment of QBRs.) - Building stronger partnerships for broader presence and sponsorship - Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success to serve customer - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing each account and work closely with internal teams to develop solutions that address those needs
