What the role is

Manage, define and implement all F&B Social Media Strategy for countries and for F&B global accounts, guaranteeing Social Media deliverables with quality and according to brand standards.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and overseeing F&B Countries accounts, (Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok), for all location´s F&B venues and global
  • Responsible for the F&B posting calendar for all location´s channels, and make sure that is aligned with the marketing campaigns, either for F&B Global and countries.
  • Content curation of UGC.
  • Define and implement content creators and influencers strategy and plan, and follow up the results in the collaborations with the experience team.
  • Be the connection between venues & experience teams in the F&B venue with the global team in order to align F&B communications.
  • Analyze and report the KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure in collaboration with the F&B venue and the experience team all the comments and direct messages are answered in a timely manner.
  • Guarantee and improve way of working and process, with the F&B venues
  • Be the key contact point regarding F&B Social Media, for MPs and Countries GM / Experience Clusters and Global Marketing team
  • Maintain visual and conceptual consistency across multi-channel brand strategy for collections and brand initiatives and apply to all social/digital platforms.
  • Work as a team player to gain synergies with other team members, guaranteeing an alignment between F&B, country and global accounts

What you need for the role

  • 4+ years of experience in social media
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Expert in Social, required to know what works, and what doesn't. Understanding the need to be responsive, to rapidly create social content that's on brand, and relevant, in our fast paced, ever changing world.
  • Ability to work methodically, meet deadlines and kpis
  • Keen follower of technology, worldwide events, and pop culture, and understand how to create engaging, meaningful content for the brand.
  • Experience dealing with Influencer marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience in building Social Media strategy and action plan.
  • Strong experience in analytics tools like Social Bakers, Emplifi, Google analytics.
  • Strong Experience in Business Manager and Facebook ads manager
  • Experience in social media management tools.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Languages: Advanced English, other is a plus.
