As a Sr Manager, On-Property Sales Solutions , you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Commercial Solutions team reporting to the Director, On-Property Sales Solutions, you will support projects including the Delphi.fdc Champion Program, MFA/SSO for Delphi.fdc, SRP Create and Meetings Simplified Integration Enhancements & Documentation.

How You Will Make An Impact
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. **
What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like**
- Be a subject matter authority and principal property sales liaison for Delphi.fdc to internal stakeholders, vendors and customers
- Participate in and document integration projects and development with cross-functional teams
- Own the Delphi.fdc & MeetingBroker Release implementation and documentation process
- Lead dedicated communications and change management campaigns for current user base on Delphi.fdc
How You Will Collaborate With Others
- Attend key remote or on-site training sessions and solution meetings; i.e. Governance & Release call weekly with vendor, conduct bi-weekly/monthly calls with in-region Delphi.fdc liaisons and work with internal technical teams to drive integration enhancements
- Manage Delphi.fdc & MeetingBroker enhancement/CRs process internally and with vendors across technical and support teams
- Document business processes and lead consultative review of program adoption
What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of
- Lead deployment and change management for MFA/SSO requirements
- Deploy QA Reporting & Champion Programs
- Lead solution work for key Group Meetings & Events product integrations, enhancements & documentation
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Six (6) years of work experience in hospitality or other professional capacity
- Three (3) years of experience with Delphi.fdc (On-Property Sales & Catering application)
- Travel up to 30% of the time
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- Seven (7) years of professional experience
- Five (5) years of experience with Delphi.fdc (On-Property Sales & Catering application)
- Experience with management and direct reports
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
