What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Clio
• Juris Doctor Degree
• Can prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds

Nice to Have:

• Experience with legal research and writing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of legal industry-specific terminology and trend

 What will you do?

• Reviewing legal documents provided by attorneys and clients, including contracts, court filings, agreements, and other relevant materials.
• Extracting pertinent data from legal documents and compiling it into a well-structured and accessible database.
• Conducting legal research and utilizing principles to contribute valuable insights to ongoing cases.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations based on the extracted data.
• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and document management.
• Collaborating with the legal team to ensure accurate interpretation and categorization of legal information.
