Implementation Specialist (Remote)

This is a fully remote position that is looking for someone who will be able to work fully remote and ideally is around the Washington DC area. This position requires HTML knowledge and is a 6-month temp to hire opportunity.

Essential Responsibilities, Duties & Tasks:

• Primary email and ticketing technical support response for customers and internal resources
• Create and troubleshoot client email communications and web-based content using HTML and various HTML and graphic editors
• Communicate to the state employees and case managers through the state system
• Develop method for checking the accuracy of payees and materials
• Develop and create a process to allow Accounts Payable to get payments out timely and efficiently
• Looking to hire ASAP

Qualifications:

• Someone with a positive attitude, enthusiastic about technology and imaginative in their approach
• Develop and outline the processes for case notes, and other items needed
• HTML experience required
• Wordpress experience
• Provide workshops and other instructional events about forms, processes, usage for staff
• Excellent communication skills
