As a Datacenter Quality Assurance Program Manager - Leases, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, uptime, and availability programs of our datacenter Lease infrastructure from initial planning phases through construction delivery, your responsibilities will span across electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) domains and will be responsible for identifying process improvements that focus on speed time to market, improve predictability, safety, quality, and cost. Responsibilities**
- Quality Management & Assurance (QA) Program:
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to establish and validate datacenter availability criteria and metrics.
- Develop lease construction delivery quality management program with design, delivery and operations stakeholders and work with regional leaders & Lease Providers on adoption & implementation.
- Monitor and analyze datacenter availability criteria and metrics, and work with portfolio and regional leaders and lease providers to implement Lessons Learned into the Quality Assurance Program.
- Work with the Datacenter Operations team and Lease Providers on defining, implementing, and supporting QA processes for datacenter operations.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Identify potential delivery risks related to datacenter operations.
- Work with the Datacenter Operations team on feedback from their regular standards, requirements, and procedures audits; ensure the QA program is updated to reflect Lesson Learned.
- Investigate technical incidents during Commissioning, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
- Develop contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures.
- Implement risk reduction strategies.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Ensure all Operations and Maintenance, QA processes, incidents, and system configurations are reviewed with the Datacenter Operations team and submitted by the Lease Provider with handover documentation.
- Generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years managing complex and remote IT projects involving internal stakeholders and external vendors
Other Requirements
The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)
- Experience developing global/regional quality management systems frameworks.
- Proven experience in datacenter operations, quality assurance, and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical engineering principles, and/or CSA best practices.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) or similar are a plus.
- Proficient with enterprise software applications (e.g. O365) and project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Primavera P6, Autodesk, etc.
Construction Project Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 - $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $292,200 per year.
