Job Description

The Paid Digital Marketing Specialist, is responsible for driving paid search (a/k/a PPC, search engine marketing, SEM) and paid media strategy and tactical execution and will directly manage the execution of search engine marketing and targeted paid social media marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Digital Marketing and a dedicated agency to achieve strategic objectives.

As the paid digital marketing specialist you will;

  • Lead acquisition efforts across all paid media channels (paid social, programmatic display and paid search) for all insightsoftware.com products to meet company targets.
  • Oversee paid media account migrations and restructuring related to M&A activity.
  • Project manage & oversee agency quality of work, including reporting, analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Daily search marketing responsibilities include, but are not limited to – daily performance reports, budget pacing and management, bid optimization, ad copy updates, keyword expands and negatives, data analyses with insights from google analytics and multi-touch attribution tools.
  • Provide recommendations for testing of messaging, keywords, tactics, & audiences.
  • Deliver end-to-end paid media management from ideation, execution and optimization.
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver innovative audience targeting capabilities and provide deep insightful analysis.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support the Performance Marketing org in developing the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Qualifications

Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; Master’s degree, a plus

Work experience: 3-5 years' experience as a digital Marketing professional, running enterprise-level paid media campaigns in B2B marketing required, including significant experience working with or for software / technology businesses. Experience working with start-ups or high-growth / PE-backed companies will be of substantial benefit.

Qualifications

  • Experience building, bulk editing, and optimizing campaign, keywords and ads within Google Ads & Bing Ads Editor platforms.
  • Experience with audience targeting and remarketing within Linkedin.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering sophisticated search media plans and strategies.
  • Experience with SEO co-optimization strategies and execution.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills, and experience working in Tableau, Power Bi, and Google data studio.
  • Experience with ABM tools, 6Sense, Clearbit, Dreamdata, Wrike and Zapier is a plus.
