2-3 years of experience in service or project management or as a CRM consultant., Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Customer Engagement or similar applications., Technical affinity and knowledge in configuring software applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE., Bachelor's degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent IT or service-related education..Key responsabilities:
- Collaborate with sales representatives to showcase the benefits of a modern CRM software to clients.
- Analyze and document customer requirements, define business processes.
- Design and implement individual customer requirements with development teams.
- Support end users, assist in preparations for system go-live, and provide post-launch support.
