Position Overview**

Are you an accounting/finance graduate or professional looking to get involved in the real estate industry? Or maybe just an accountant looking to join a high performing team at a growth-oriented company? If you are we'd love to talk to you! We are looking for someone to join our accounting team and help us scale up as our company grows. We are searching for a candidate who is eager to learn, wants to be challenged, and possesses a hustle work ethic to join our team.

As a property accountant, you will be responsible for the following;

• Oversee the entire accounting function for a large portfolio of associations
• Produce and review financial statements sent to our clients
• Work with operations team members to help respond to client inquiries regarding financial information
• Help our internal accounting function by reviewing company revenue and areas of opportunity
• Establish, modify, document and coordinate the implementation of accounting procedures

Competencies & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced accounting skills
• Must be detail-oriented and a team player
• 1-2 years of experience working with accrual accounting is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience working with association management is a plus
