Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Description

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

3-5 years of Instructional Design and Development

2-3 years of Technical Writing experience

Proficient skills in eLearning development with Storyline, Rise and Camtasia (equitable Software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Audition, etc.)

Great written communication skills **

Desired Skills**

Advanced adult learning skills

Proficient program management skills

Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and/or Google (G-Suite) skills: (Sheets, Slides, and Docs)

Digital Content Management experience a plus (Adobe Experience, WordPress, etc.)

Expert graphic design and editing skills with Snagit or Photoshop **

Job Duties**

The ISD will be developing training content for teams within the client Business organization.

Responsibilities include: Instructional design and development of instructor led and virtual learning assets (includes functional new hire training, functional continuing education, priority business initiatives and/or products/service/systems requiring training for successful execution)

Technical writing and capturing process documentation for performance support. Analyze learning needs and partners with subject matter experts and clients to provide input for course content and/or design.

Work collaboratively with other training workgroups and stakeholders to develop the most effective material using an agile approach.

Design knowledge and skill assessments, role-plays, activities, job aids, etc., as determined by the needs analysis.

Ensure relevance, quality, and accuracy of tools and processes by conducting end-user testing and validation.

Responsible for the creation of trainer certification materials, and leading Master Trainer certifications as part of program roll-out /launch **
