The Team

Our ERP practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. We help globally renowned clients improve their Finance and Accounting operations by devising strategies and enabling Oracle Cloud capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve operational efficiencies, and transform / reposition the role of Finance within the enterprise.  You’ll have exposure to strategic projects, you’ll be part of a multi-cultural collaborative team, and you’ll be able to see your own ideas transform into breakthrough results.

The Role

If you are experienced in Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM and passionate about helping clients transform their business in an innovative way, give us a look! As a member of our team, you will have a well-rounded, multi-faceted approach to business consulting, grounded in the Oracle applications yet touching additional areas of consulting for the CFO.

 Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking a key role on Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) transformation programmes.  This position needs strong experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or EPM.
• Operating across different phases of the consulting lifecycle – working with stakeholders in the client organization across requirements analysis, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), and fit-gap recommendations.
• Actively engaging in the definition and creation of Oracle solutions. You will play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of Oracle solutions.
• Guiding project teams on project processes and deliverables whilst also supporting client training and capability building.
• Taking an active role in supporting proposal development and opportunity generation activities where required.
• Identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining client relationships.
• Managing issues and risks across delivery lifecycle including scoping, deliverable review, quality assurance, client acceptance and sign-off.

Requirements

The following requirements are important for the role, and we would expect candidates to demonstrate capability across many of these areas:

• Prior success in Oracle ERP/EPM roles in a professional services firm or large enterprise as a consultant, accountant, or business process specialist.
• Experience of at least two end to end Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud implementations in the finance domain within enterprise-level organizations.
• Experience of functional design and configuration with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and/or Oracle Cloud EPM modules.
• Knowledge of, and/or success in, identifying new service opportunities and helping with effort and project scoping.
• Ability to operate and excel in a changing and dynamic environment.
• Strong presentation skills and comfortable engaging in workshops with large groups.
• Collaborative team player, with a willingness to roll up their sleeves.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills with ability to interact at senior client levels.
• Committed to advancing the Infosys brand through personal and professional growth.
• Ability to travel as/when required.
