Fisher Phillips seeks a staff attorney with 3+ years of employment litigation experience to work on California matters. Client development or other non-billable time is not required. The ideal candidate will have employment and/or insurance defense experience. As a staff attorney you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge matters without the demands of a partner-track position. This role is ideal for a skilled legal professional who is interested in focusing his or her efforts on client work in a balanced capacity with the option of remote work or a reduced hours schedule. Must be admitted in California.

The yearly salary range for this position is $130,000 – $140,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
