SAP/Navy ERP Consultant III

NavAide is currently seeking candidates at all levels in support of an SAP implementation with a US Navy client. Currently seeking functional, technical, and analytical support across all SAP/Navy ERP modules and scenarios including: Finance/Controlling (FI/CO), Funds Management (FM), Asset Management (AM), Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Workforce Management (HCM/WFM), Materials Management (MM), Workflow, Business Objects Data Services (BODS), Security/Roles/User Management, Acquire to Dispose (A2D), Budget to Authorize (B2A), Check In to Check Out (C2C), Plan to Perform (P2Pf), Plan to Pay (P2Py), Post to Report (P2R), and more. We are seeing exceptional growth and are looking for driven candidates that thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

These positions are mostly remote, but candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America. Candidates must also possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/SAP
  
• Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives such as As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules and Handbook development
• Delivering presentations, trainings, demonstrations, leading/facilitating meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Development of Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, Guidance
• Project management support such as scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, configuration control
• Analysis of information, interpretation and drafting of technical documentation

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, conflict resolution skills
  
• Sharp, motivated, aligned to NavAide's Vision, Mission, and Core Principles
• 5+ years of experience providing financial systems or business systems services to Government agencies or commercial companies.
  
• 5+ years of experience with Business Process Modeling (BPR), Functional Requirements Development, SAP (PS); SAP (FM); SAP (MM); SAP (CO); SAP (WFM); SAP (SD), User Management/Security
• 5+ years of experience with Navy ERP, SAP, or DoD Legacy Financial Systems
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Education

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering , Mathematics, or Information Systems.

Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance

Travel: 25% travel required
