Senior Employment Litigation Solicitor | International HR Business | Remote Working

This is a unique in-house Senior Employment Litigation Solicitor role based within a prestigious international HR business, where you can work entirely remotely.

You will be taking on a diverse array of Employment Tribunal matters, collaborating closely with both the Litigation Executive Team and the Senior Leadership Team to manage this engaging caseload.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Employment Litigation Solicitor to take on a wide range of Employment work at a well-recognised international HR business.

The business is looking for an experienced Litigation professional to assist their clients when they receive employment tribunal claims by assuming conduct of cases from drafting documents, visiting clients, preparing cases for hearing and representing clients in hearings.

You will be part of the UK Legal Team and will work closely with the employment law advisory service, the Litigation Executive team and Senior Leadership Team. There is a strong focus on delivering high standards of care and service to their clients.

Some of your key responsibilities will include; case preparation (ET3 Responses), reviewing Employment Tribunal claims, Tribunal procedure advice, preparing insurer reports, liaising with the Litigation Manager & Insurance Claims Team, conducting settlement negotiations, client visits, assisting in the preparation, drafting and finalising of witness statements and much more.

Requirements

• Employment Litigation experience
• UK Qualified Lawyer (Scottish/SRA/Cilex/BTC/SQE)
• Ability to travel across the UK to visit clients and represent them at various Employment Tribunals
