SAP CRM ABAP Technical Consultant with at least 5-10 years of experience in Design, Development & Implementing SAP ABAP solutions

Effective contributor to project team and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in successfully working with offshore and global teams, as a value-add to the client.

Job Description

• Should have good Communication skills as we directly interact with client
• Understand requirements from functional specifications clearly and should able to map the requirements to prepare Technical specification
• Implements the solution based on technical specification and resolves issues independently in the areas of own skills.
• Working CR implementation objects on CRM Technical (WEBUI and CRM ABAP) and CRM Functional Configuration(Master Data, Sales, Service, Ibase and Web Client ).
• Experience on CRM Modules like Interaction Center, Service process and Sales process.
• Experience in reports, PI Proxies, XIF Interfaces.
• Preparing TS, Presenting TS at business template meeting and get approval on TS, Development and Testing.
• Working experience in SAP ABAP OOPS, BADI & Enhancement techniques
• Experience on Middleware monitoring, and debugging
• Good debugging skill. Expertise on ABAP RICEF Development
• Functional knowledge of module CRM & SD
• Excellent in Reports, DDIC, Interfaces, BADI’s, OSS notes implementation, creating of technical specs documents, preparation of test plan, test cases.
• Should have knowledge on C4 HANA
• Preparing technical documents and Presenting TD to production support team.
