DXC Virtual First Environment

This opportunity I am sharing with you entails a Virtual-First work setup, which means employees would spend most of their time at home but also schedule visits as needed to a “DXC office” for in-person work with teammates.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support using regular JDE toolsets such as RDA, FDA, NER, c business functions, JDE debugger

• Technical Support using advanced JDE integration toolsets such as BSSV, Orchestrator, EDI Interoperability.

• Technical Support using reporting tools such as CreateForm, Transform, Bi Publisher

• Review, analyse, and modify JDE code with above toolsets & implement business logic changes

• Provide technical documentation

• Provide estimation for any new requirements

• Support users by providing direction for workarounds, corrections and enhancements. Document resolutions on case notes. Communicate with users to find solution to case

• Work closely with functional team

• Ability to manage multiple cases for multiple customers

• Interact with customers and update case comments diligently

• Be able to prioritise cases based on business needs

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have Skills and Qualifications:

• 6 to 10 years direct JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Must have BI Publisher, BSSV experience

• Must have exposure to Orchestrator

• Working knowledge of the JDE Enterprise One Toolset/Object Management Workbench

• Advanced ability to design/program/code UBEs (Batch Application), Applications and Table Conversions utilizing the Enterprise One Toolset.

• Ability to debug Enterprise One C Business Functions and to make modifications.

• Working Knowledge of Enterprise One Data Interface for EDI.

• Ability to handle/manage multiple simultaneous priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

• Experience working directly with end users

• Strong creative problem solving and analytical skills

• Outstanding communication, technical documentation and professional presentation skills

Nice to have skills

• PL/SQL
