• Extensive CRM Development with high proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
• Experience across all project phases, with demonstrated technical ability to design, coordinate and put into practice CRM solutions
• Development experience in Platform Integration between CRM, Function Apps and on premise Web API’s
• Technical skills across Jscript, custom workflow, plugin, HTML web resources development
• Ideally exposure or experience of Azure function, Azure service bus, Azure hybrid connection developments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Consulting experience preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
• Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems

• Customisation and Configuration: You should have experience customising and configuring Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, and workflows.
• Integration: Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other applications and services such as Azure, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.
• Development: You should be proficient in developing custom plugins, custom workflows, and customizations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Web Services: Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, and their integration with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Database and Data Migration: Ability to create and manage SQL databases and migrate data from other systems into Dynamics 365 CE.
• Reporting and Analytics: Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Security: Understanding of Dynamics 365 CE security model, role-based security, and data encryption.
• Business Processes: Understanding of business processes, workflows, and automation to effectively design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
• Azure DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps for managing source code, releases, and deployments.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
