This opportunity I am sharing with you entails a Virtual-First work setup, which means employees would spend most of their time at home but also schedule visits as needed to a “DXC office” for in-person work with teammates.

Job Description

· Lead our customers and colleagues through the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation and ongoing support of Oracle JD Edwards Financials solutions

· Assist with presales activities and provide support in the preparation of implementation estimates, proposals and statements of work

· Facilitate presentations, demonstrations and design workshops with prospective and existing JD Edwards customers

· Work closely with all facets of the DXC business including delivery, project management, support and sales to constantly strive for superior outcomes for our customers

Qualifications

· Good understanding of Oracle JD Edwards Financials

· Experience in other modules such as Asset Lifecycle Management, Project Costing and Procurement would be considered favourably

· Industry knowledge in the industries which JD Edwards typically excels in

· Strong configuration experience with Oracle JD Edwards to support business requirements

· Minimum 5 years implementation experience, ideally in a client facing role

· Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications

· Excellent business analysis experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to create excellent professional documents

· Ability to lead customer design workshops

· Ability to help customers formulate or improve their JD Edwards strategy and roadmap

· Ability to work as part of a project team

· Ability to lead small teams in large projects

· Ability to work independently

· Experience driving performance across lines of business

· Demonstrate initiative by identifying inefficiencies and able to recommend improvements

· Technical aptitude demonstrated by an ability to learn and communicate new concepts easily

· Process-focused, with keen attention to detail

· Formal tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance

· Excellent stakeholder management skills and a relationship builder by nature who develops real and long-lasting relationships with clients

· Any deployment experience with Oracle Cloud roll outs will be considered favourably
