Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple teams (product, development, marketing, sales, etc.) to gain insight into critical indicators that provide insight into the operational status of the product portfolio
Lead/Support the definition and creation of dashboards/reports that provide real-time insight on product health to company leadership
Regularly update stakeholders on plans, milestones, gaps, and solutions
- Required Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, skilled at analytics
- Adept written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Pursuing BA / BS degree
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or Python
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Elastic, etc.
