The Solution Engineering team is the cornerstone of the sales organization. The most crucial matters land on our desk. When something is urgent and pressing, we're on it. In short, we rock the show! Your Mission
- You support the sales team in demonstrating the meaningful value of our platform.
- You provide advice on technical questions regarding the integration of Active Directories and Single Sign-On solutions, as well as the integration of our E-Learning modules into Learning Management Systems, and more.
- You independently implement awareness measures that amaze people.
- You utilize data to initialize and evaluate phishing simulations in a way that convinces our potential customers.
- You answer questions about the functionality of our product range, data protection, and information security in complex tender processes.
- You collaborate with our Product, Marketing, Legal, and Security experts.
- You become the sought-after product expert for Cyber Security Awareness solutions in our team.
Your Profile
- You should have some experience in IT. We're not looking for developers, but you should be able to handle our "HTML" editor by the end of the day.
- Previous experience in implementing or selling Software-as-a-Service tools is advantageous.
- Don't hesitate! We'll immerse you in a team of solution-oriented people with a "thrown into the deep end" approach. Don't be shy about it.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- You are a team player and open to (currently only virtual) after-work drinks.
- You can start with us as soon as possible.
- And if you don't already have a sense of British humour, you'll get that for free from us in the Solution Engineering team!
