Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for “ Product Consultant – Facets Claims” to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Job Title: Product Consultant – Facets Claims

Job Location: Durham, NC / Remote work allowed.


Roles/Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Candidate’s Responsibilities):

  • Analyze business requirements by collaborating with the system analysts, business analysts and other developers to develop data solutions.
  • Provide work estimation and project timelines based on release cycle and compliance needs.
  • Monitoring and managing Incidents / Sr's / Problem Tickets / SLAs, support functions to ensure optimal service.
  • Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.
  • Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.
  • Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support service delivery.
  • Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
  • Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand.
  • Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the service delivery process – team members, customers, and top management and ensure efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Work together with team members to develop service agreements and supports that will assist in service delivery. Develop and maintain relationship with customers and potential customers.

Required Qualifications (Must Have Skills):

  • Must have good experience in Facets Claims, Membership, Billing and Capitation Modules
  • Must have good experience in SQL.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
